• all published content is immediately and permanently available online free of charge to readers, and

• authors do not pay any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, editing, production, or publication.

The journal does not charge any publication fees (No publication charges).

Funding and sustainability

The costs of journal operation (including editorial workflow, peer review management, copyediting, typesetting, online publication, and platform maintenance) are covered by:

The journal does not generate revenue from APCs.
